Who we are
NBS Communications was established in 1990 as the first public relations agency in Poland. We support our clients in managing their corporate image and in communicating effectively with the environment. We specialize in corporate and financial PR, investor relations, and information campaigns supporting transactions on the capital markets such as public offerings of shares (IPOs and SPOs) and M&A.
We have conducted over 130 information campaigns supporting public offerings of shares, for companies at varying levels of market capitalization, representing such sectors of the economy as banking, retail, services, real estate, commodities, telecommunications, energy, computer games, and e-commerce. We are the only PR agency to receive a special prize from the Warsaw Stock Exchange for our work supporting new listings on the WSE.

NBS with first ever PR World Alliance Award
At the annual General Assembly of PRWA member agencies, the Best PR Campaign Award was presented for the first time. The award went to NBS for the promotion of the "Planet or Plastic" campaign carried out by National Geographic.

NBS Communications, the first Polish PR agency, celebrates its first 30 years
Since 1990, nearly 400 clients from 30 countries have worked with NBS. During that time, the agency has conducted over 130 campaigns supporting public offerings and listings on the Warsaw Stock Exchange—including campaigns for 20 of the 30 companies now included in the WSE’s blue-chip WIG30 index.

NBS completes work on Allegro’s IPO
NBS Communications supported the initial public offering of Allegro.eu. This was the largest ever IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company debuted on the WSE on Monday, 12 October, immediately becoming the most valuable company listed there.
